By engaging with the Joraxis digital infrastructure, you agree to operate within our logical parameters. Our services are provided as high-performance engineering assets. We maintain absolute sovereignty over our codebases, architectures, and the technical logic that powers our client solutions.
INTELLECTUAL ASSETS
All proprietary logic, interface designs, and architectural blueprints displayed on this site are the exclusive property of Joraxis. Unauthorized reconstitution, reverse-engineering, or duplication of our 'Trust Built on Logic' framework is a violation of our engineering integrity and global copyright standards.
SERVICE VELOCITY & LIMITS
While we engineer for 99.99% efficiency, Joraxis does not guarantee that the digital ecosystem will be error-free or uninterrupted. We provide our infrastructure 'as-is,' utilizing the highest level of precision available at the time of deployment. We are not liable for external data rot or third-party node failures.
ENGAGEMENT PROTOCOLS
Project inquiries initiated through our contact nodes do not constitute a binding engineering contract until a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) is executed. We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity that operates outside of our ethical and logical guidelines.
GLOBAL JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions in which we maintain active nodes: Lahore (PK), Dubai (UAE), and London (UK). Any disputes arising from the use of our infrastructure shall be resolved through arbitration within these established nodes.
